Courses and tours:

For information and questions you can email us (info@terradarte.net), phone us (0039-0733-908284), or send a fax (0039-0733-908818). You can also freely contact us for a personalized product. It is possible to have your name listed on the provisionally list of people interested in a course or trip, without any engagement.

To confirm your reservation we ask a down-payment of 30% of the total amount. On the moment we receive the copy of the credit-transfer via fax (0039-0733-908818) we will confirm your reservation.

The balance is payable four weeks before the first day of the course/tour (28 days), unless differently agreed. The payment can be made by bank draft or by credit card. The additional charge for payments by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) is 4%. If the payment is made by bank draft, we will ask you to send a copy of the payment by fax (0039-0733-908818). If you book less than four weeks before, we will ask you to pay the total amount with the booking. Once we have received the copy of the payment via fax, we will confirm your booking by e-mail or fax. If we don't receive the balance payment when due (normally four weeks before the first day of the course/tour), we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for the cancellation charges shown below. If we are unable to accept your booking we shall return your full payment (deposit and saldo payment).

Please let us know as soon as possible if you unexpectedly need to cancel your reservation. In case we find another person that can participate in your place we will refund you your money. Otherwise the following cancellation policies will be applied:

---The cancellation fee for cancellations within 14 days before the first day of the course/tour is 50% of the total amount.
--- The cancellation fee for cancellations between 14 days and 1 day before the first day of the course/tour is 90% of the total amount.
---The cancellation fee for cancellations of 1 day before the first day of the course/tour or on the day of arrival is 100% of the total amount.

Bookings for the Accommodation:

To receive information about availability just send us an e-mail to info@terradarte.net We will respond in our e-mail saying if the apartment or house is available in the period by you requested. If it is available, we will give you an option (normally for 5 days) for the house or apartment. After 5 days, we are free to rent the apartment or House out to others.

If you unexpectedly need to cancel your holiday, let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to rent the house or apartment out to others for the same period we will refund your money. Otherwise the following cancellation policies will be applied:

---If you cancel within 42 days before the check-in date 30% of the total amount has to be paid.
---If you cancel within 28 days before the check-in date 60% of the total amount has to be paid.
---If you cancel from 28 days - 1 day before the check-in date 90% of the total amount has to be paid.
---If you cancel 1 day before the check-in date or on the day of arrival 100% of the total amount has to be paid.
