Phaedra de Zeeuw M.A. takes you back in time on an adventure with Carlo Crivelli (Venice 1403 – Ascoli piceno 1495) who lived and worked for many years in Le Marche. Phaedra shines light on his life and art production and of his followers. It gives you a good idea of the late Gothic and early Renaissance period in Le Marche, and the dominating influence of Venetian painting.
