Our two week excursion at the agriturismo this past summer was one of the most enjoyable and enlightening experiences we have encountered. Phaedra's knowledge of art and Ennio's cooking expertise is a match made in heaven. I hope to return one day to explore another corner of Italy with you".

" Kennen jullie dat gevoel, wanneer je in een situatie terecht komt die je graag wilt delen met al je familie en vrienden ? dat gevoel heb ik hier 3 weken lang gehad ! Het woord geweldig is niet genoeg om alles hier te beschrijven, wel respect voor jullie mooie creaties zoals de hacienda’s en alles eromheen. Mooie verhalen van Phaedra over de geschiedenis van de Marche, maar ook de 5 Tibetanen zal ik meenemen in mijn hart.
Ik hoop dat wij de kans krijgen om hier volgend jaar weer terug te komen ! ".

We hebben nog maar een fractie van Le Marche gezien en vooral veel van Caravanserraglio en directe omgeving daar hadden we eigenlijk al meer dan genoeg aan. Cavalieri met veranda, de tuin, het zwembad zijn voor ons Amsterdammers meer dan geweldig geweest. En dan ook nog Shamar en Boomer, en de diepvries en de aangepaste kookkunst zonder olijfolie....

What a great place to stay ! We have really enjoyed our trip here. Our children, Leo & Audrey had a specially great time playing with Sita & Davide. You made us and our children feel genuiny welcome. We enjoyed the conversations and the time spend seeing the sites and being on the farm. The children loved the horse back riding lessons. We also loved the ArtiStrada,

I will think about you and this part of Italy a lot when I am back home, 1500 km from here, When I came here a week ago and went to the left after 150 m. I thought This is it for the next week.
It’s great, its beautiful and for another week would begood too. I don’t know whyI didn’t finish one book in such a relaxing surrounding. I will try to do that this afternoon. Thank you for all your attention to us and the children. We will have to come back for the horse riding, the mountain bikes, another cooking lesson, I think I need about twenty lessons ".

"We kunnen een heel boekwerk schrijven, maar vooral rust en ruimte bij een fantastisch stel met een vrolijke dochter in een heerlijk huisje heeft onze vakantie tot iets onvergetelijks gemaakt. De vele tips van Phaedra en het heerlijke en verrassende eten van Ennio waren geweldig. Sita kwam ook vaak aan het eind van de middag even gezellig kletsen en chipjes eten. Elke ochtend, als we op de veranda zaten te ontbijten, kwam Lino (de hond) even buurten en Doris (de poes) kwam s’avonds nog even langs. Al met al een geweldige stek in een fantastisch gebied!"

"Een oase van rust temidden van de prachtige natuur is misschien nog de beste omschrijving. Je moet het voelen en proeven (Ennio’s kookkunst) om het echt te beleven. Bij Phaedra, Ennio en niet te vergeten Sita voel je je direct thuis, dit is pas Italiaanse gastvrijheid.
Ze hebben Caravanserraglio gemaakt zoals het is, een pleisterplaats om weer terug te keren na het opsnuiven van een portie natuur en cultuur van Le Marche. We komen zeker terug !"

"We willen jullie nogmaals hartelijk danken voor de gastvrijheid en het heerlijke eten. Ook de pasta op de laatste avond heeft ons heel erg goed gesmaakt. Het was verrukkelijk. Ik ga zeker proberen om het hier ook een keer te maken. Natuurlijk zal het zeker niet zo smaken als Ennio het klaar maakt, maar wie weet, kom ik een beetje in de buurt.
De foto’s hebben we inmiddels aan een aantal mensen laten zien en iedereen is er erg verrukt over. Men had niet verwacht, dat het in de Marken zo ontzettend mooi is."

A wonderful week at Caravanserraglio this summer was one of the biggest events this year- we really found peace and relaxation in a beautiful and friendly environment. We remember the beautiful view over the valley, riding, great food and the "gourmet session" in the restaurant, a very comfortable and spacious house, the little white cat and the pool.
The relaxed atmosphere, the hospitality and the beautiful surroundings made the week very special, different and something to remember.
